you can only get the uncensored adult version through the dlc provided with the campaigns. If you didn't join them you can't get the dlc anymore

did you link it to your itch account like it said? If you did it becomes available and no need to buy it and activate dlc in game. Make sure to download the itch app and then the game through the app
